Five stars.

I honestly learned a lot just from reading parts 1-3. I can already tell how helpful this will be to other individuals with disabilities and informing those who don`t. Great work Jas!!!!!

Grateful Hands Inc has been such an amazing organization to work with. I have been working with them for about 5 months with the process of helping me my driving experience with vocational rehabilitation. They have been able to help provide guidance and resources to make sure my process goes smoothly. Its truely amazing to have their guidance. I love the values and mission that this organization stand by. They are a true blessing to the disabled community!

Grateful Hands, Inc. has implemented some great ideas and accomplished great efforts with bringing awareness to the diverse challenges many individuals face today. Currently our government and law enforcement are being made increasingly aware of how individuals with diverse challenges are underserved. I`m ecstatic to know that Grateful Hands, Inc. is willing to be a voice for the voiceless and will have an opportunity to help our government and law enforcement bridge the gap and be more inclusive to all individuals they serve.

Posted: 12/29/2021 02:40 PM Updated: 12/29/2021 02:41 PM
The Mayor of Douglasville and the City Council members approved our proposed proclamation acknowledging Friday, December 3rd, as International Day of Persons for Disabilities in the city of Douglasville. The proclamation was read and enacted in December 2nd`s city council meeting.

There has been some progress in bridging the gap between individuals with diverse abilities and the world but we still have a long way to go. recognizing this day in the City of Douglasville is helping bridge that gap.

Crest

Jasmine Moore is the founder of Grateful Hands, Inc. At the age of 3, she was diagnosed with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, commonly known as Brittle Bones. Due to this condition, she uses an electric wheelchair as her main source of mobility. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. She currently works as a Program Coordinator for the local District Attorney's Office.

Although she has endured several disheartening and disappointing challenges in her life, she has overcome them. These very challenges have given her this platform, to ensure that others do not experience those same challenges.
